Sweet Memory Apartments recognising that economic growth is directly dependent on the ecosystem's sustainability and aiming at expanding its activities in a harmonious way with the society and the environment, proceeded to the determination of its corporate environmental policy, approved by its BoD.

The Company 'K. The Corporate Environmental Policy is determined as follows:

The main goals of the company are the following:

  • The provision of high quality services and products.
  • The implementation of the relevant National and European Environmental Legislation.
  • The constant information of the company's personnel on issues of protection of the environment.
  • The minimum possible environmental damage and the optimal use of natural and energy resources.
  • The contribution of the company to the protection of the environment through proper management of solid and liquid waste.

In this context, the general management goals of the company are the following:

  • Constant seeking of taking preventive or corrective initiatives for more productive use of the resources required for the effective operation of the company 'K. PAPADAKI S.A. – SWEET MEMORY APARTMENTS'.
  • Constant awareness of the personnel on environmental issues.
  • Continuous effort of reducing the more probable consequences on the environment, through improvement of the services and products provided.
  • Preserving and enforcing the status of the company 'K. PAPADAKI S.A. – SWEET MEMORY APARTMENTS' in terms of environment protection.

In order to fulfill the goals mentioned above, the company applies procedures of detection of the client needs, the legislative requirements and the demands of the personnel and subsequently sets the appropriate measurable/objective goals and programmes for their fulfillment.

The BoD of 'K. PAPADAKI S.A. – SWEET MEMORY APARTMENTS' commits to provide all the necessary resources for the implementation of these goals. It also commits to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems of 'K. PAPADAKI S.A. – SWEET MEMORY APARTMENTS', by applying appropriate procedures of objective measurement and monitoring of the implementation course of these goals and taking all necessary actions to tackle the reasons of possible deviation.

The BoD of 'K. PAPADAKI S.A. – SWEET MEMORY APARTMENTS', reviews regularly the suitability of the goals mentioned above and proceeds to all necessary modifications if needed.

Rates are in euro (€) and include all applicable taxes

Payment Policy

Hotel requires credit card details in order to guarantee and pre authorise your reservation. 30% charge will be applied to your credit card regarding the reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards any moment prior to your arrival.

Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in the hotel cancellation policy. Non-show is charged as stated in the hotel cancellation policy.

Prepayment: 30% (30% deposit will be charged)

Last Minute Cancellation policy

This is a last minute Booking. 
If you cancel this reservation up to 60  days before date of arrival 15%  penalty of the total amount  will be charged.
If canceled or modified later, a cancelation penalty of :

Cancellation 0 to 21 days prior to arrival date: 100 %
Cancellation 21 to 45 days prior to arrival date: 50 %
Cancellation 45 to 60 days prior to arrival date: 25 %
Cancellation 60 days and over prior to arrival date: 15 %

In case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

You can cancel only by contacting the hotel

If you make a reservation through our online reservation system or a booking form, we will collect and store your name, address and other basic information about you for the purpose of reserving the hotel accommodations. This information is used for Contact purposes. Our online reservation section does record financial information such as credit card number and is protected by our secure server. If we have trouble processing an order, the contact information provided is used to get in touch with the user.

Cookies

Like many companies, we may use a technology called "cookies" to enhance your experience on our site. The cookies Sweet Memory Apartments uses do not contain any personally identifiable information and can not profile your system or collect information from your hard drive.
